Murphy's Still Here

Well here is my update.
About a week ago we thought my mom was clear of cancer, when she went to the cancer specialist to find out the surgeon didn't even remove the cancerous tissue. The tissue he actually removed was non cancerous. So she has to go through the surgery again. Although the doctor said that there is a good chance for removal because she is still in stage one, she has to have all ten lympnoids out (which the other doctor said was fine dumb again). My mom is worried about having a big arm rather then being cancer free.
I have been sick for about ten days and have been out of work since last Monday and Lloyd has been out of work off and on for two weeks ( more off then on) due to his Grandmother that has finally past away this morning during our big snow storm and losing power. I guess she didn't want us to forget her last night of being with us. Well at least she not suffering anymore.
I have my Financial peace reunion tomorrow and I kinda excited because I am one step closer to moving Murphy out of my home. BABY STEP ONE is done !!!!!! Step two here I come. Debt free except for the house.

Murphy needs to move OUT!!!!!

Well my last few weeks have been kinda stressful. On January 22 we found out my mom had breast cancer, I was sure to tell my mom that everything would be o.k.( I prayed it would anyway). Of coarse mom was afraid of the worst. She went in for surgery that following Tuesday and the Dr.'s don't believe it spread to her lympnoids (thank you god)., so the doctor just removed the lump and said she would have to go see a cancer specialist. So for know we have that behind us. Then last Friday we heard my husbands Grandmother had cancer. Doctors did say that they could do surgery ,but gram said she didn't want to, " I am ready to go home to be with the lord just let me die". So being in the medical field I say to my husband that I didn't think she would make it back to the nursing home or even for the weekend for that matter. Well she did make through the weekend but not back to the nursing home. they were planning on moving her on Monday when she took a turn for the worse. I got a call at work saying they didn't think she would make it through the day. so i get out of work to relieve my sister-in-law from babysitting duties so her and Lloyd could go down and be with Gram. Well all was good until I went to girl scouts and went to leave and my Starter seized up. Thank god Nikki stick around to help. she tried to give my a boost in below freezing weather to no avail. She took my nieces home and the god lord must have been there with us because Tracy and Bunny was still up stairs and Bunny gave Lorilee , Liz and I ride home so Liz and I didn't have to stay in the cold. I called AAA in the morning to have it towed home. I then took Lloyd to work with his car and came home for a few hours and then back up to Wal-Mart to get him when on the way home the timing belt went on the car. So AAA comes to the rescue again. Know we have no car until we get one fixed. That's o.k because in a few day we will have our emergency fund and Murphy will be OUTTA here!!!!!
